Fees

Joining 123ebig and bidding on listed items is free. We do charge fees for using other services, such as When you list an item or use a service that has a fee, you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on the 123ebig  Fees Policy, which we may change from time to time. Changes to the fees will take effect 14 days after we notify you of them either by email, or via "My Messages", or via a posting on the Site's announcements board. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, "free listing days") or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Site

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in GB pounds sterling. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes (including any value added tax) associated with using the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes, without limitation, charging other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal advisers.) You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by e-mail.View fees for:

When  an item sould out from 123ebig  in the Auction or Buy Now formats, you are charged.All charges as following:

 The total cost of selling the item is the Insertion Fee, the Feature fees (if any) plus the Final Value Fee.

 When you sell your item in auction format or Buy Now format, you will pay a maximum of 10% of the item final selling price as the Final Value Fee. If the item does not sell, there is no Final Value Fee.

If you sell books, CDs or DVDs, the Final  Fee is 10% of the Buy Now price if the item sells.

Note: Stated 123ebig fees include 10% VAT for residents of the EU. This is calculated at the Luxembourg rate of VAT. Find out why. Usually invoices sent to you will quote fees with VAT included.

Notes about 123ebig fees:

• In the event your seller account is suspended for any reason, any amounts due on your Seller account will immediately become due and payable. 123ebig reserves the right to immediately charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method that you are using.

• Fees pay for the right to sell on 123ebig. There are times when your listing may not appear when using a keyword or category search until several hours after you have created it. Sellers do not purchase exclusive rights to web pages on 123ebig. We may, in our sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third-party advertisements on any web page within our site.

• Insertion fees and optional feature fees are charged at the time of listing and are non-refundable.

• 123ebig requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of £1.00 or greater. 123ebig may suspend your account for non-payment of 123ebig fees. If you have not paid your outstanding 123ebig fees after our reminders and warnings, 123ebig reserves the right to refer your account to an outside collection agency for collection of the outstanding 123ebig fees. Please note that the collection agency will also charge you a proportionate and reasonable fee for the collection of the unpaid 123ebig fees, which will vary according to the amount owed and which will be payable in addition to the outstanding eBay fees.
